Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong or if your item wasn’t as you expected, we will do everything we can to make it right. We strive to offer color-accurate photography of the artwork, but please be aware that color calibrations can vary between devices. If color accuracy is a concern, we recommend viewing the item on multiple devices (desktop, smartphone, etc.).

We kindly request that you meticulously and attentively read the product descriptions. It is essential to note that we are unable to offer compensation to customers who overlook the information provided in the product description before making a purchase.

Additionally, please be aware that all prints are accompanied by borders, which are factored into the final dimensions listed in the product description.

As per Swiss consumer protection laws, shipping fees for any and all returned items made in good faith are not covered by AnitaEszter Art. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will have return shipping costs covered by AnitaEszter Art.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items damaged during shipping or if faulty merchandise is received. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged goods.

In the event that your item has arrived in a damaged condition, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we can promptly coordinate a replacement.

We will require photographic documentation of the following:

  • The external packaging
  • The shipping label on the packaging
  • The damage to the artwork or frame

 

If a return is deemed necessary for us to assess the item before processing your refund. In cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit to your store account. However, there may be situations where the return of the defective product is not required for us to facilitate your replacement or issue a refund or store credit.

Please be aware that if you contact us regarding damage or defects beyond 24 hours from the time of receiving your package, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

 

Cancellations or Exchanges

Fine Art Prints
While we are unable to accept cancellations for Fine Art Prints, we do offer a 1-hour window for requesting an exchange. If you’d like to make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of your purchase. After this period, we begin processing your custom print and will no longer be able to accommodate exchanges.

Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final. As these pieces are one-of-a-kind, they cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the purchase is complete.
