Shipping & Delivery


Each item’s processing time can be found in its individual product description. Our small but dedicated team at Anita Eszter Art Studio works diligently to ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, on rare occasions, there may be delays in dispatching orders, especially if a particular artwork gains popularity on social media. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during these times.

We ship globally, and all Fine Art Prints are dispatched from our printing partner’s office in Germany. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, with delivery times varying by region.

  • European Union & Switzerland: Delivery typically takes between 5-10 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary between 10-14 business days after processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase to ensure we can redirect your package. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.

Anita Eszter Art is not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. In cases where a refund is requested due to an incorrect address, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Duties and Taxes

 

Anita Eszter Art Studio is based in Zürich, Switzerland, and is not liable for any import fees associated with your purchase. This applies to all orders, including commissioned custom pieces, original artworks, and Fine Art merchandise.

Any applicable duties or taxes are not included in your checkout total. These fees are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries impose import taxes, while others may not. The customs agency will contact the recipient—via mail, phone, or email—to arrange payment of these fees so that the shipment can be cleared for delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other applicable charges. Should you refuse to pay these fees, the shipment will be returned to us. If the product is returned in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the item cost, excluding the shipping fees.

Please note that all items are declared at their full purchase value for export purposes. We are unable to alter or falsify any customs documentation upon request.

Originals: 3-4 weeks to prepare for shipment to make sure everything is absolutely perfect!

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible!

On occasion, there may be slight delays in dispatching if artwork is going viral and we get a lot of orders very quickly!

Once dispatched, an automated email is delivered to the email you provided at the checkout. You will have access to tracking information that provides you updates when they occur💛

Your order confirmation and invoice is delivered to your inbox automatically after purchase. If you cannot find it in your primary inbox, it may have ended up in your spam folder.

From our printing studio, paper invoices are rolled on top of prints are for our processing methods. Sometimes collectors can tear the invoice during the unboxing process, but not to worry! You have a digital invoice in your order confirmation for your recording convenience.

Please notify us within 24 hours of making your purchase to ensure we can redirect your shipment. Once your order has left our studio, we cannot modify the address. To request an address change, please reach out to us promptly through our contact page.

Fine Art Prints– Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order basis of our Fine Art Prints.

Originals– Due to the high value associated with original paintings, all sales of these items are considered final, and returns are not accepted.

Gift Cards and Sale– Regrettably, we cannot process returns for sale items or gift cards.

All original artwork, fine art print sales, and commissions are final and cannot be canceled or exchanged.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Anita Eszter Art is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

Yes, we welcome custom commissions! However, please note that availability depends on Anita Eszter’s schedule, so there may be a longer wait time depending on her current workload. Please send us a detailed request with your vision, preferred style, size, and any other specifics, and we will get in touch with you to discuss the details and timing.

Feel free to visit our contact page or email the studio at info@anitaeszter.art with your pitch. Please include deadlines and if the company you represent would like to purchase full or partial rights to the work upon completion.

Open edition prints do not arrive signed by me! The original signature is of course printed on the fine art print along with the rest of the artwork but open editions will never be available hand-signed.

To preserve the integrity of works that rise in value over time, originals and limited editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Open edition prints, tapestries and canvas prints do not come with a certificate of authenticity.
