The rights to all artwork remain the exclusive property of Anita Eszter Art, even after purchase.This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist.

We warmly welcome the posting of images of purchased items on social media and want to emphasise that this act does not violate this provision in any way.

Once artwork is in the possession of the collector, we are not liable for any damage caused by mishandling. For example, we do not offer refunds or replacements for smudges, fingerprints, or any other damage that occurs post-delivery. However, we are committed to quality and ensure that each print is inspected before shipping. If you receive damaged goods due to postal service mishandling or if faulty merchandise is dispatched, please contact us immediately. Compensation will be provided according to consumer protection laws. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. All prints include borders as specified in the listing, and we are not liable for issues arising from misunderstanding the product details.

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong or if your item wasn’t as you expected, we will do everything we can to make it right. We strive to offer color-accurate photography of the artwork, but please be aware that color calibrations can vary between devices. If color accuracy is a concern, we recommend viewing the item on multiple devices (desktop, smartphone, etc.).

As per Swiss consumer protection laws, shipping fees for any and all returned items made in good faith are not covered by AnitaEszter Art. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will have return shipping costs covered by AnitaEszter Art.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items damaged during shipping or if faulty merchandise is received. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged goods.

Customer Responsibilities

After receiving your artwork, you are responsible for its care and handling. We are not liable for any damage resulting from mishandling or improper care.

User-Generated Content

You may share images of purchased artwork on social media. By doing so, you grant us the right to use these images for marketing and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
Court: Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through the courts in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
